Analysts will access the system to do the analysis of the sales data which will include KPI reports and sales performance by sales channel, customer, material, profitability, partners involved etc. (see KIP reports attached)
Based on the guidance provided by higher management Analyst performs the developing a program based on the report and provide different what if scenarios. This will allow higher management to review different options to roll out incentive programs (See attached What if scenarios)
Once analysing the sales data analyst save the snap shot of each what if scenarios in the system and sends out for approval.
The output is generated from the system generating email communication which includes case ID for what if scenario and supporting data based on which proposal has been developed.
